• Job Details:Projects:- • Alghanim Showroom-Fahaheel with total budget 10,000,000.000 K.D. • IPOD Building- with total budget 40,000,000 K.D • Supply, Apply & Maintain underground cables (400 K.V.) at Mutlaa City with total budget 22,961,580.091 K.D. • More than 80 Fitout projects for F&B & Retail Businesses- with budgets between 50,000 K.D. to 500,000 K.D. Role: Senior Planning Engineer responsible for development the most appropriate method & strategy to control time and cost and sequence of shut down and turnaround activities in conjunction with the Project Managers & all team. Duties: • Develop strategies to ensure delivery of the projects as per their time & cost baselines through coordination with top Management. • Follow up all ongoing projects whether company owner’s projects or the others. • Seeking customers to provide new projects, foster their satisfaction & trust in the project team. • Responsible for monitoring sequence of work for all concrete works (leveling, backfilling, formwork, steel reinforcement, casting, and curing) to enhance productivity & ensure the best utilization of resources. • Leading Owner’s projects & providing data, analysis & updates to top management from initiation stage till closing out the projects. • Visit site works, report progress, assess quality of works and keep updating top management with highlighting potential risks & required corrective actions. • Manage F&B and Retail projects’ workflows and maintain control on all project activities and plans right from initiating a project timeline up to handover to business, inside and outside Kuwait (KSA & QATAR). • Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements. • Manage all project orders and work with procurement department on procurement plans and projects bulk ordering. • Work with procurement and design team on improving the productivity & achieve the expectations. • Preparing CPM, weekly, monthly reports & monthly payments. • Studying and coordinating projects between each project team members & ease data flow during projects life cycle.

• Job Details:Projects:- ASSIMA PROJECT–Mega project with total budget 141,500,000.000K.D Role: Planning Engineer responsible for development the most appropriate method and sequence of shut down and turnaround activities in conjunction with the Project Manager & all team for ASSIMA tower & VIP car park buildings with budgets 45,750,553.36 K.D & 4,480,314.14 KD. Duties: • Plan target projects schedules by using latest techniques of project management. • Coordinate with each project disciplines for updating project schedule and prepare recovery schedules whenever it is required. • Review sub-contractor planning schedules and make sure their schedules are met the approved schedules. • Follow up the updated schedule and finalize any revised schedule whenever it is required. • Highlight the risks & prepare risk analysis whenever it is required. • Prepare weekly & monthly reports with all required updates & data. • Exporting all monitoring & controlling reports from the approved schedules & support the management with all required data & analysis. • Participate in taking decisions & corrective actions whenever it is required HESSAH AL-MUBARAK PROJECT-Infrastructure project with budget 4,895,639.000 K.D. Role: • Planning Engineer responsible for development the most appropriate method of shut down and turn around activities in conjunction with the Project Manager & all team for HESSAH AL-MUBARAK PROJECT. Duties: • Plan target projects schedules by using latest techniques of project management. • Select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope. • Input the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project. KUWAIT NATIONAL GUARD PROJECT–Buildings project with budget 45,600,000.000 K.D. Role: Assistant Planning Engineer participating in developing plans & monitor works in conjunction with the senior planning engineer & all team for the project. Duties: • Participating in Planning target projects schedules by using latest techniques of project management. • Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates • Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects • Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution • Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning • Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team • Prepares the monthly Progress reports • Prepares the monthly Labor histograms • Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.

• Job Details:Projects:- 360MALL-Department Store (owner's Works) -with budget 315,000.000 K.D Role: Project Engineer responsible for planning, executing, monitor, controlling& closing the project in conjunction with the Project Manager & all team of the project Duties • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, CPM. • Leading and managing the project stuff for the best quality and following the project CPM. • Studying and coordinating between drawings • Responsible for all concrete works (leveling, backfilling, form work, steel reinforcement, casting and curing). • Responsible for preparing monthly payments, Handing over all the work items to the consultant engineer.
