• Job Details: Main Duties: o Conducted thorough project analysis and cost estimation for various lighting and controls systems across multiple brands, from quotation preparation to contract finalization. o Oversaw site and materials inspections, ensuring compliance with client and consultant specifications. o Prepared and submitted payment application sheets for completed projects, secured client approval, and followed up on collections. o Coordinated the delivery of materials to clients and consultants, ensuring adherence to installation instructions. o Managed installation plans, including scheduling, quality assurance, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient execution. o Developed and executed shop drawings using AutoCAD for Single Line Diagrams and other technical designs. o Provided technical guidance to technicians to ensure proper execution according to project specifications. o Facilitated daily coordination with consultants, subcontractors, contractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless workflow. o Created and maintained monthly installation schedules, regularly updating the Technicians’ Supervisor on progress and changes. o Engaged with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors) to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns. o Led daily site management activities, including supervising the labor force and subcontractors to ensure project objectives were met. o Managed site stock levels, conducted monthly inventories, and reported to management on usage and needs. o Reviewed and approved technician timesheets, overtime, and expense reports, coordinating with HR for payroll and reimbursement processes. o Conducted site visits to address client claims and provide recommendations for services or solutions as required. o Ensured strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols across all site operations. o Prepared detailed progress reports and communicated updates to management on a regular basis. o Resolved unforeseen technical challenges and site issues promptly to minimize delays. o Maintained compliance with company policies, procedures, and all relevant documentation.  Completed Projects: o Egyptian Museum El Tahrir: Landscape & Façade Lighting o El Tahrir Square lighting: 22 buildings’ Façade Lighting. o DHL Headquarter: Interior Lighting o Al Burouj Compound (Park): Landscape Lighting o Canal Suez Stadium Ismailia: Landscape & Façade lighting o El Salaam international hospital: Façade Lighting o Waldorf Austria hotel Sheraton: indoor lighting & lighting Control
