• Job Details:lead and manage food safety and quality assurance initiatives across all production lines, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. conduct regular internal audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions if needed. inspect end product selection, accept or reject based on visual appearance and sensory evaluation (which decreased the rate of customer complaints). monitor all qcp practices across all factory premises, and follow up on gmp and ghp with the assistance of the maintenance and production team. work closely with the production team to minimize production downtime and defects and create a more efficient stable environment. conduct training sessions on good manufacturing practices (gmp) and sanitation protocols for production staff. participate in fsqa meetings and solve any issue in order to ensure our haccp plan is well followed and follow up on our kpi.
