• Job Details:➢ Gather and organize data to create reports from integrated systems. ➢ Review data entered into systems to ensure accuracy of data and validity for reports. ➢ Run queries of data to satisfy user needs. ➢ Use formulas in google sheets to modify and make job easier and end it in short time. ➢ Correct errors and resolves discrepancies with data and reports to ensure data quality. ➢ Stay aware of changes in reporting as it needs to make updates to standard reports. ➢ Review agents working hour and send to the team leader a report about their working hours to take action with those who did not achieve their required hours.

Data AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:➢ Create Database. ➢ Act as senior for reviewing other colleagues’ report. ➢ Before reporting: ▪ Check questions of survey before starting the project. ▪ Create spreadsheet related to kind of questions in surveys using advanced Excel spreadsheet functions. ▪ Entry accurate data using Microsoft Excel after reviewing answers of respondents. ▪ Detect any data entry error to prevent later issues such as duplication or data degradation. ▪ Perform system analysis by testing and implementing by using SPSS. ➢ Reporting: ▪ Prepare report. ▪ Coordinate statistical data analysis, design, and information flow. ➢ After reporting: ▪ Review results. ▪ Simplify the report to make it reads easily.
