- Job Details:Clay 3D Printer. This project is based on building a delta 3D printing from the chassis to circuit connections. Then uploading the firmware & configuring the parameters of the printing area, motors steps & other stuff. Then we integrated an external extruder kit which is suitable for clay mixing & printing. The material parameters were tested to reach the best output, starting with the suitable density (water to powder ratio), then testing each of layer height, line width & printing speed. The testing resulted in different suitable combinations of the parameters to get fine finishing or detailed layers finishing (which is considered a positive point in clay printings).
