• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: ✓ Develop and execute Operational Excellence, Integrated Production System & Continuous Improvement Learning Modules and Consulting Services. ✓ Develop and execute Integrated Supply Chain Learning Modules and Consulting Services. ✓ Lead and execute Productivity, CoGs and Profitability Strategic Improvement Projects (PPV, Material Usage, Yield, Cost of Waste, New Product Introduction, OPEX Optimization, etc…) that support product profitability and supply needs and therefore supporting the business continuity. ✓ Develop and execute Finance for Non Finance Learning Modules. ✓ Finance Budgeting & Planning and Governance Setup Consulting Services. ✓ Projects Management. ✓ Market Survey and study for new medical devices introduction. ✓ Suppliers Selection and negotiation for new medical devices introduction. ✓ Manage A3P Middle East Events. Supply Chain Manager Assignment – Wadi El Nile Benta for Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices: ✓ Ensure robust production and materials scheduling at site in order to keep the continuity of supplies for the patients and consumers and to ensure that the products are not out of ]stock. ✓ Ensure that the site warehouses are kept in compliance with the GMP, EHS & Regulatory commitments. ✓ Coordinating the customer demand in an efficient and effective manner with the site functions as well as with the Contract Manufacturers (if any) to meet the customer’s expectations and over all business objectives. ✓ Ensure timely clearance of consignments from customs ✓ Maintain up to date version of E2E Supply chain Systems, Procedures & documents. ✓ Control the changes to the Processes through agreed approval process with clear guiding principles. ✓ Build department Strategy, KPIs & CI Frameworks. ✓ Ensure that the inventory is kept at an optimum level as per the Site’s Stock Policy in order to meet the company’s working capital targets. ✓ Ensure full support of the Logistics department in all cross functional projects and initiatives. ✓ Support Business Development activities to enhance the value of alliances and manage partnership risks. ✓ Conduct feasibility study for new products introduction.
