• Job Details:Seconded to Ericsson from PwC as an HR consultant -Responsible for payroll and personnel ( vacations – overtime – payroll – HR letters )

HR AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:•Updating employees vacation records on monthly basis •ensure the enforcement of the Leaves Policies & Procedures •Handling the employees medical insurance issues •Coordinating and administrating recruitment exams •Coordinating for summer internships, maintain trainee’s record, handling check in / out procedures, issuing certificates. •Ensure that HR department is sufficiently supplied with office stationary. •Collect and analyzing Annual Confirmation forms from all staff and prepare the report of the results. •Assisting/coordinating for HR events logistics. •Issuing HR letters for staff as needed •Issuing HR news letter and send it by mail to all staff on monthly basis
