• Job Details:Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including but not limited to: - Implement Dynamics AX. - Understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements. - Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation. - Configure Dynamics AX environment to meet client requirements. - Work with technical team to design, test, and implement customization. - Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation - Perform ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/phone support and on-site visits. - Develop and continually refine ERP implementation standards and tools/documents. - Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents. - Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate. - Provide after sale support as needed. - Communicate with technical services team to ensure a project’s technical requirements are met
