This is in order to enter the tender process for this project. - In the event that the project is awarded to the company, the initial letter of guarantee will be withdrawn and canceled, and a final letter of guarantee will be issued in its place, and its renewals will be followed up through the bank. - The final letter of guarantee will be returned one year after the project ends in favor of my company, and its value is added to the bank account. - A letter of guarantee will be issued for the advance payment in the event that my company receives an advance payment from the company for which we will establish a project. And the value of the letter of guarantee is reduced with each extract that is disbursed. And the reduction is followed up with the bank.
