    • Job Details:Daily Tasks: • Manage the supplier list by category and add new suppliers once approved. • Receive approved internal requisitions from all the department in the company. • Once an internal requisition is received, will contact the authorized supplier and get a quotation. • Negotiate with the best supplier on the best deals possible. • Once the supplier is selected, create the PO, get approval and send it to the supplier and follow up on the matter. The supplier will send the Performa invoice or quotation and bank details. • If the purchasing manager is not available, will send all needed documents to the finance department to initiate the transfer or check, which will be sent to the supplier to deliver the product. Once the product is delivered, the inventory storekeeper with the technical team or the showroom will check the product and compare it with the invoice. GRA is given to the purchasing team to check with internal requisition and PO. • Once the invoice is received, an internal check will be done to ensure the invoice is accurate based on previous documents and complies with the Egyptian law and tax regulations. • Align with the finance department on the supplier payments (check or transfer) and review supplier balance statements to ensure they are all up-to-date. • Visit suppliers. Role and Responsibilities:  Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.  Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate the best or most costeffective contracts and deals.  Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary.  Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.  Inspect stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.  Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.  Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
