• Job Details:• Ensure the appropriate established schedules are being met, and that the traffic team is pro-actively managing projects through the system. • Directs the internal workflow between the traffic, marketing, creative, studio and systems to facilitate projects from input to release, ensuring the proper process is followed • Responsible for understanding the costs, time lines and resources needed to complete a project. • Responsible for monitoring all brands and deliverables • Be a leader, mentor, and provide guidance to team • Ensure Supervisors provide performance feedback to direct reports of marketing team. • Manage and monitor the timing and quality of deliverables. • Coordinate, manage and monitor internal marketing process • Supervise, delegate, mentor and teach Managers assigned to Brands.

• Job Details:Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs. • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly. • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project. • Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities. • Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports. • Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency. • Conducting daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines. • Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.

• Job Details:Regularly check-in and set up reviews with the teams to ensure briefs are understood and KPI's are tracked appropriately through Trello. • Manages all the traffic services for all projects from request to release. • Develop capacity management plans for the all teams to optimize workflow, and develop contingency plans when delays may arise. • Support the all teams in managing the calendar to meet deadlines • Manage the distribution of work between staff to allow appropriate resources to handle the volume of work evenly· • Review time and resource needs submitted by team members on brands· • Create detailed schedules for each department, showing the updated pipeline for each team member. • Set deadlines for each stage of delivery and make sure that each team member has been notified. • Ensure that all departments flow efficiently by troubleshooting/solving overlapping tasks. • Ensure that all tasks meet the set deadline.
