• Job Details:Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization. Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks. Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels. Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data. Act as the point of contact between our foreign procurement department, supplier, our financial department and freight forwarder and/or shipping line.

Operation SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare and complete the air and/or sea freight quotes worldwide for all types and modes of shipping containers and update them monthly. Implementation of air and sea operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file. Ensure that the shipment is carried out according to the booked journey, issuing the BLs, and reviewing them and obtaining the documents of the customer (the source), and attaching them to the recipient or agent. Communicate and update customers on a regular basis on the status of their shipments. Handling Customs Clearance
