• Job Details:- Building effective talent pools and sourcing channels by forging strong partnerships. - Engaging with multiple departments and levels out of the organization to understand their specific requirements. - Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels. - Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards. - Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates. - Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end. - Measure the results of candidate and make a headhunting with the same quality that I hired before.
