• Job Details:● Moderate social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube) for around 3-4 accounts. ● Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. ● Schedule and publishing of Social media posts. ● Route calls to the sales department and follows up where necessary ● Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms. ● Coordinate with Marketing, and Community Management team to ensure social media channels are on brand at all time. ● Build Relationships with customers and potential customers. ● Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. ● Marketing research execution. ● Responsible for Shadowing with community management interns. ● Send emails to develop relationships with prospective and customers.

Tour OperatorFull Time

• Job Details:- Web Data Entry ( Book Mundi - Cairo Day Tours – Supplier Administration – Tour HQ) - Moderate Facebook Page. - Direct contact with prospective clients. - Send an email to the hotel sales department to reserve some rooms.
