Job Responsibilities: To assist ARL Senior Manager & Manager (Maintenance) in Mechanical Workshop, Refinery Transport and HVAC related jobs smooth execution.

1.Resource loading and scheduling of plans by using computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maximo ver. 7.5

2.Supervise the ongoing maintenance activities being carried out in mechanical workshop dealing with fabrication and repair of various Refinery static/rotary equipment like
a. Pumps both recip and rotary
b. Heat Exchangers (I,U type, overhead condenser)
c. Casting/ Forging activities
d. Milling, Turning,Welding and Threading operations

3. Ensure timely and effective maintenance of HVAC equipment including Centralized Ducting system, Inverter and Non inverter type split (reversible) ACs, Window type ACs, Geysers, Water Coolers and Cooking Ranges installed at various sites of Refinery.

4. Implementation of maintenance plan in efficient and effective manner.

5. Maintain & update maintenance history reports for future reference.

6.To supervise & assist maintenance team in execution of jobs.

7. Inspection of contractor’s work and verification of bills as per ARL standard rates.

8.Technical evaluation and preparation of comparative statements for procurement of new equipment as per API standards.

9.Ensure the availability of machinery spares and review re-order levels in close coordination
with Material Management Department.

10.Execution/Supervision of piping modification jobs at various ARL sites as per engineering package.

11.Planning and scheduling of annual turnaround/shutdown activities related to Transport section.

12.Strict compliance of permit to work system according to OHSAS & IMS safety policies and procedures.

13.Evaluation of three sections staff members reports on regular intervals.

14.Ensure in time maintenance of Refinery complete Transport vehicles.

15.Ensure timely and effective preparation+procurement of Budgeted HVAC, Mechanical Workshop and Transport items.

7. Calculated & developed Mean Time Between Failure (M.T.B.F) sheet/graph of HCU plant components including critical pumps and reciprocating compressors.
