• Job Details:Duties:- · Making purchase orders for suppliers based on the annual import plan, taking into consideration any amendments or additions that may occur to the plan. · Follow up and communication with international suppliers regarding any price/refunds or credit note negotiations to compensate any loss that might happens from ordering till delivery process of goods. · Follow up with suppliers to make sure all the required products are matching to our needs and criteria. · Review invoices and technical support papers required for shipment in coordination with the import departments - Registration. · Follow-up on all shipping steps for products in coordination with the Department of Import and record all information related to the shipment. · Coordinate with the financial management daily and monthly to prepare payments for suppliers (local - international). · Review the weekly sales report and the weekly inventory with reference to the daily reports of the shipments received. · Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on inventory · Provide partners with required monthly and quarterly reports. · Follow up with affiliate mangers every quarter on the updated expected sales per customer to update our supply forecast and mange our stocks. · Prepare a detailed report on the sales.

• Job Details:Marketing research Executive: 1. Manages and conducts market research activities. Designs, executes and communicates the results of market and user research to help guide strategic decision making in line with marketing & business strategy. 2. Develop, design and implements all needed researches (Qualitative or Quantitative surveys) 3. Field work supervision, reporting and presentation, writing detailed reports and presenting results. 4. Give training for interviewers (moderators) about project medical & marketing objectives. 5. Respond to and follow up client enquiries using appropriate methods. 6. Management of specifically assigned proposals and work with technical leads on strategy, personnel and partner roles.

Medical supply chain coordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:I worked at dar El salam hospital as a pharmacist selling drugs to people and also dealing with pharmaceutical distrubter companies (ibn sina, el mota7da... Etc.) that supply the hospital with the requested drugs that are distributed all-over the hospital departments according to the need. Also communicating with Directorate of health in cairo to be able to supply any shortfalls in drugs market.
