          • Job Details: Really I would like to highlight the fact that my company hasn’t had an HR department at first but I decided to study the HRM diploma and I have made a project upon my studies and presented it to the company about how to implement an HR department from A to Z, it was accepted by the company and the department is being implemented now exactly as per the steps determined in the project. Current Responsibilities: • Following up the application of the company legal labour obligations as set by the Egyptian Labour Law 12/2003 in the Company office and bases. • Implementing an HR database containing all employees’ information. • Continuously and accurately maintains Human Resources Information System records, database and employee's files • Assisting in developing organization mission, vision, philosophy and business focus. • Preparing HR publications such as Policy Manuals & Employee hand books; designing policies and procedures needed for development and implementation of the different HR functions, in addition to communicating policies to staff. • Conducting job analysis and preparing job description for all jobs. • Preparing the necessary assessments needed to conduct different types of performance appraisal. • Responsible for handling day to day employees inquires: respond to and communicates with the employees through HR related inquires or problems. • Handling the employees hiring and resigning process. • Handling employee relations and exit interviewing. • Conducting different types of HR activities such as succession planning, employee motivation, goal setting & satisfaction surveys, • Working closely with the Company Legal advisor, dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures according the Egyptian labour law. • Carrying on investigations with employees in case of violations, as per the Company Code of Conduct & the Egyptian Labour Law; in addition to preparing the necessary sanctions letters to be sent to employees. • Managing the recruitment process including: placing adverts, arranging interviews, conducting initial interviews and developing assessments and recommendation for the short listed candidates , and preparing a complete reports about every interview done . • Generating a pool of qualified candidates according to the company's requirements. • Generate the procedures to fit the new comer in the company including his orientation. • Managing & following up employment contracts renewals and probation period assessments. • Preparing contracts for freelancers, as per the work requirements. • Following the issuance of expatriates work permits along with the Company agent. • Managing employees pension plans. • Managing employees’ annual increases and salaries adjustments. • Managing employees’ relations.
