• Job Details:Handling new products life cycle of the biggest clients including Unilever, Bio Group, Arma, Dabur, Lord, IP&I, Chalhoub, Cosmaline, Acino, Orchidia, Dolmen and other clients. Oversee and guide a team of two in managing client accounts effectively. Lead projects from inception through to launch, ensuring all phases of the project lifecycle are handled efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Manage communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee daily project operations including sample requests and testing, sourcing packaging options, preparing designs, managing the registration process, conducting stability studies, obtaining quality approvals, planning production, forecasting, and handling logistics. Ensure all involved parties are updated and aligned with project developments and changes. Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. Identify and approach new clients, and expand the client portfolio by recommending new product launches.
