• Job Details:Development of corrective maintenance work orders with work plans, task lists, materials, contractor requirements, and external resource requirements. Planned and forecasted manpower, material, and equipment needs to support efficient execution of scheduled tasks. Monitored resource utilization and productivity metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Job Details:Executed, monitored, planned and prepared all maintenance activities and planned and scheduled the turnaround activities, CM, PM, routine maintenance activities through CMMS software and Primavera P6. Coordinated with maintenance team to organize and manage the planning and scheduling of mechanical equipment. Checked inventory level of essentials, spares and materials and updated to supervisor for required order placement, controlled equipment and material logs, prepared specification for procurement, technically evaluated vendors and ensured inspection of incoming materials/spares. Mechanical Project Planning Engineer

• Job Details:Created detailed construction work packages (CWPs) and coordinated with site teams to align daily execution with the master project schedule, defined and managed work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity codes in P6 to ensure proper schedule organization and reporting by area and discipline. Ensured alignment of area construction activities with safety, quality, and technical compliance requirements. Co-ordination with client, consultants and vendor teams ensured that project progress. Provided site work reports to senior planner and updated the progress on Primavera P6. Facilitated daily and weekly planning meetings with site engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors to align on activity priorities and resolve constraints. Generated and submitted S-curves, resource histograms, and progress dashboards to management for tracking physical and financial progress against baseline. Prepared and planned the project and commissioning schedule 4 weeks ahead, on Primavera P6, controlled the activities, resources plan. Installation and commissioning of coal conveying equipment of ultra-supercritical boiler.
