• Job Details:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, take accurate food and drink orders using order slips or a POS system, serve food and beverages promptly to guests, ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to any requests, clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary, process payments and return change or credit card receipts, collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, follow all hotel policies and safety regulations.
