• Job Details:Role Overview Plan, allocate and assign tasks for quality engineers on different projects in order to better utilize the available resources. Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems. Create the test plan, schedule and negotiate the testing effort with the project leader Manage and track bugs through a bug tracking tool. Audit project software development process against standards & procedures. Responsible for evaluating quality engineers.
