• Job Details:-Receiving vacancies requests & performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases internet recruiting resources and social media -Screening CVs and handling interviews over the phone and face to face. -Referring candidates for interviews with other organizations and getting their feedback, then follow up the hiring process. -Posting job vacancies on various media channels “Facebook, Company’s website, LinkedIn,”. -Prepare candidates for interviewing with the client by providing detailed information on the company, department background & job description. -Maintain accurate, proper, and complete filing for the recruitment function. -Dealing with International, Multinational & local Companies in several fields in identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable candidates for the organization
