• Job Details:Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. •Strategically Plan and Manage Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation. •Liaise and negotiate with transporters. • Keep track of Quality, Quantity, Stock levels, Delivery time, Transport costs and Efficiency. • Ensure fleet availability as per requirement of stock movement. • Monitor supply accuracy to All Warehouses across the Country. • Arrange Warehouse, Catalog Goods, Plan routes and process Shipments. • Coordinate with transporters and resolve issues in quick time. • Manage 100 % shifting of stock from production hall for smooth production. • Managing all the affairs from orders of Key Customers and other corporate dealers. • Liaison with production for order processing for timely deliveries to customers. • Stock allocation as per the orders as per FIFO methods to control aging, area wise warehouse stock positions. • Responsible for Safety, Security and Space of Warehouses and stock. • Delivery arrangements to Top Prior customers. • Support and facilitate sales and production team to meet the Company’s targets. • Present the Department Progress and planning to core management meetings. • Meet Cost, Productivity, Accuracy and timeliness targets.
