• Job Details:• Data collection, information and analysis: - The objectives, policies, activities and directions of the company. - The market, customers, and competitors. - Measuring customer satisfaction. • Identifying gaps and interventions. • Selection, and management of the quality team, trainers and consultants. • Review, design and preparation: - Regulations, Procedures and Forms. - Organizational structures and job descriptions. - flow charts - Training plan and capacity building. • Implementation the training and awareness programs. • Guidance, supervision, follow-up and evaluation of department managers in quality procedures. • Communication, nomination, evaluation and impact assessment of training centers and ISO certification bodies. • Conduct field visits to the company's warehouses (used by international organizations) to evaluate the team performances, work procedures and the services provided. • Conduct follow-up, evaluation and impact assessment of the ISO 9001:2015 interventions and activities.
