• Job Details: Performing maintenance activities of all mechanical equipment, related to Wastewater Treatment Plant, Wastewater Collection Network in compliance with contractual requirement & high standard to maximize equipment availability and guarantee conforming results to client Working as an In-charge of maintenance planning and execution to monitor & prepare the Asset Data, PM Master Plan & PM Master Schedule Monitoring each equipment failure and critical equipment Collaborating with procurement department for PR, PO & monitoring the delivery of spare parts needed in order to ensure the realization of maintenance schedules Ensuring adherence to compliance of company’s safety policy & local governmental regulations to implement the safety programs, and ensure a safe working environment for employees and assets

• Job Details: Supervised the performance/maintenance of water supply system (Potable, Raw Water & Rain Water Harvesting System) & liaised with local municipal body BWSSB Planned preventive & breakdown maintenances with minimal downtime Followed up with project team in line with design & maintenance aspects during takeover process of Terminal-1 Expansion Designed monthly water balance sheet & interpretation of statistical data to find the route cause analysis / GAP analysis Observed the performance & maintenance reports of sewer network & collection wells Confirmed that the sewage to be transferred safely & hygienically without polluting to STP Purchased spares w.r.t. water, fountains, RWH & sewer transfer systems Certified all SAP tickets are raised for water, RWH & sewer systems and closed in time Updated maintenance related documents like history cards, snag reports, PM records & breakdown maintenance records and so on Led CAPEX & OPEX related activities within the stipulated time & all necessary documents to be prepared in line with technical requirements Coordinated with purchase dept. on PR, PO & delivery status Developed & sustained good relationship with vendors for on time delivery of spares/consumables & invoices to be cross check & release for the payment approval to immediate superior
