• Counsels company personnel in areas such as career planning and personal development.
• Monitors effective employee relations in the company.
• Develops and monitors a systematic training plan for new staff.
• Assists Heads of Department in developing strategies and training to maintain the highest levels of quality.
• Regularly updates the company organization charts by monitor’s updates of Job analysis, job description and Organization development.
• Maintains the highest standard of staff care and service at all times.
• Ensures that all reporting staff maintains the highest standards of presentation, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Monitors staff performance on a regular basis against agreed criteria and to carry out formal appraisals at agreed intervals.
• Ensure that all reporting staff is able to recognize and deal with staff complaints/problems and that all incidents are investigated.
• Maintains a high standard of staff discipline and to ensure that company procedures for handling disciplinary matters are adhered to.
• Ensures effective communication and team work by holding regular departmental meetings and briefings.
• Effectively supervises the departmental operation and to lead by example at all times.
