From Good To Better:
Promptly, after starting my job responsibilities, I started a project named as the above title, via which, I'll relocate the resources provided by the company to the right need, right use and right customer. I started the project by founding the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) which will help us defining the right need and use, and the first right customer was the pharmacist, whom we focused on and within 15 months we as ANI (Abbott Nutrition International) moved our range total sales - defined by the market share - from no. 3 to no. 2. And moved from no. 2 to no. 1 in the pharmacies sales.


Before completing my first year in gsk, myself and my team mates were the best achievers in the gulf area.
By the start of my second year, one of the brands I'm responsible for, faced a crisis, raised as rumours, telling the customers that our brand causing sudden death. Myself and my team, founded a crisis management plan, started promptly, and lasts for three months, through which we bypassed that crisis with minimum damage, and again we were the best achiever team for the second year.
By the start of y third year, I had to manipulate my work and the whole team delegations, as there were a restructuring, that forced me to stay as a sole team member for around 9 months. during that period of time I was able to achieve my target sales.
