• Job Details:• Installation of four Automatic Bagging lines and Robot Palletizer system. • Deal with suppliers from Austria, Belgium and Germany for machine installation . • Supervising technical staff, contact with operation engineer and sharing opinions, ideas with managers. • Designing and implementing a preventive and periodic maintenance plan. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce variability. •Analyse MTTF, MTTR, and MTBF of any breakdown and revise the PM (preventive maintenance) plan for this equipment. • Review , creation , modification in SAP PM Module . • Planning and undertaking scheduled plant maintenance in SAP PM. • Experience in Pnumatics, pumps, sealing, valves, bearing types, selection, installation and trouble shooting. • spare parts inventory level tracking and purchasing requests applying using sap system to meet maintenance plan requirements. • Prepare comprehensive maintenance and equipment.

Operation & Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for work order program which make relation between production, maintenance and workshops. • Participating in achieving the company goals and vision by improving machines performance and achieving the best production rate 1200 bags/hour. • Diagnosed and resolved machine operation variations and equipment problems. • Planning and undertaking scheduled plant maintenance in SAP PM. • Responsible for the maintenance of Scales, sewing heads, Sealing units, Air heaters, Conveyers,Forklift, Pumps and Robot arm. • Experience in Gears, sealing, Motors, bearing types, selection, installation, lubricating and trouble shooting. • Experience in Pneumatic systems pistons and valves. • High awareness for different types of conveyor belts.
