    • Job Details:1- Rotating Equipment Section Engineer  From Feb 07 to Jan 09, I was fully responsible for installation of the main Refrigerant Compressors in the process areas in train 6 & train 7.  The main Ref. Compressors consist of 6 strings, each one includes one frame 9 gas turbine, 45 MW Motor Generator & 2 HP/LP compressors.  Responsible with GENP reps. for all the scheduling, resources leveling, allocation, installation activities including; Mechanical, Alignment, Structural, Piping, ducts & skids.  Coordinating & perform all inspection with GENP, QG & CTJV.  Liaise with the QC staff the documentation, reports certification & inspections required  Fully responsible for the whole section activities & supporting activities, e.g.: cost control, allocation  Fully responsible for the execution of all the modification required to be done for all GENP work including the site management, cost resources estimation & back charges document.  Liaise with the client for all & any requirement from all parties so that the work proceeds smoothly.  Executing the work as per the safety procedures & standards, applying IIF (Incident & injury free) & zero incident policy.  Managing a crew of 200 persons including all trade; engineers, Supervisors foreman, Millwright…etc, all this crew is working through a team work to achieve the job according the world wide quality & safety standards.  Managing all the logistics for GENP material to be in line with the installation sequence. 2- Pre-Commissioning Section Engineer  Starting from Jan 2009, I was assigned to start handling the PMC section on the QCS project (train 6 & 7) .  Monitoring the progress with reference to the project schedules & taking the corrective actions where & when it’s required.  Train 6 consists of 38 systems which is around 114 Cleaning blocks.  The PMC activities includes: Air blowing, Hydro milling, degreasing, steam blowing, chemical cleaning, reinstatement, tightness test & Punch clearing for client acceptance.  Dealing with the client regarding the PMC arrangement & arranging all the temporary input utilities required for our scope.  Responsible for a crew consists of 5 engineers & 400 men with their supervision staff.  Assisting the safety department on doing the emergency response plan, evacuation plans & the implantation of those plans through the site drills.  Coordinating the TIE INs with the existing life plant for all the systems in accordance with the PMC schedule.
