• Job Details:Final product Lab Urea , Calcium ammonium nitrate(CAN), Ammonium nitrate and Nitric acid  Preparation of chemical reagents and making standardization.  Determination of the total nitrogen in urea and CAN by Kjeldahl (Buchi K-360).  Determination the percent of formaldehyde and biuret in urea by Spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer LAMBDA 365 ).  Determination of total ammonia in urea .  Used Karl Fischer Dry oved for determination of water content in urea and CAN.  Determination of the grain size of urea, CAN and dolomite.  Determination of the hardness of fertilizer granules ( urea, CAN) by(Sontax MT50) .  Determination of the density and concentration of HNO3 .  Determination of iron content in nitric acid by Spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer LAMBDA 365 ).  Analysis for Raw Materials to determine the percent of urea and formaldehyde in urea formaldehyde solution .

• Job Details: Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM)and Ethylene dichloride(EDC) Lab  Measuring the acidity in VCM Cylinder gas and EDC.  Used Karl Fischer(Titro Line 7500) for determination of water content in (EDC).  Used GC-TCD (Perkin Elmer Clarus 590) for determination the purity of VCM gas and EDC and the percentage of impurities (head space Method).  GC-FID (Perkin Elmer Clarus 580) for determine the organic impurities in(VCM,EDC)  Used HACH Photometer (LANGE-DR6000,DR3900) Photometer for determination the Iron in VCM Cylinder gas and EDC .  Preparation of chemical reagents and making standardization.  Testing waste water from the plant measuring PH ,conductivity ,TDS and TSS and determination of EDC and VCM content according to environmental policies .
