• Job Details:Develop and analyze Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs) using AutoCAD and 2D, 3D Isometric drawings using Autodesk Plant 3D, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. · Plan and execute test-runs for new installations, implementing corrective actions for possible design errors. · Participate in equipment selection and facility design, ensuring manufacturing processes are fit for purpose. · Actively engage in testing, inspection, and shutdown preparation, effectively resolving process engineering issues. · Provide ongoing technical support to maintain safe and reliable operations of critical equipment and processes. · Lead and manage punch lists for new projects, ensuring smooth handover to operations and successful plant commissioning. · Lead and participate in specific studies directed at continuous manufacturing improvement and process optimization. · Lead and participate in specific LEAN initiatives on site. · Optimizing production, utilities and equipment operations (Boilers, WWTP, Dryers, Compressors, Blowers, Evaporators, Cooling Towers, RO, Fermentation, CIP) in general in conjunction with the group's industrial guidelines. · Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Operations reports and issue them to the production manager with appropriate comments using the data analysis performing the root cause, corrective action and the action plan. · Conduct proactively plant tour to identify and address potential issues, enhancing operational reliability. · Assist in design and implementation of plant operations optimization strategies to minimize energy consumption, chemicals usage, water usage, waste production and maximize plant quality and consistency of products. · Attends and contributes in meetings within Lesaffre group (76 factories, 10 research and development centers and 62 applied science centers).
