System Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Develop IT Infrastructure strategy for consistent strategic direction and ensures IT Infrastructure services are provided to an international standard. •Acts as Project Manager; plans, coordinates, and conducts projects within area of responsibility, including monitoring scope, quality, budget, and schedule. •Installing and configuring systems and applications, including operating systems, databases, web servers, and other infrastructure components. •Installing patches and updates to operating systems and applications to ensure optimal performance. •Managing and design the use of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Oracle VM. •Installing, configuring, securing, managing and monitoring VMware vSphere ESXi clusters, Microsoft Hyper-V clusters in multiple sites. •Manage Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components to ensure infrastructure is optimized and meets the organization’s requirements. •Monitor Azure infrastructure performance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and making necessary changes to optimize system performance. •Manages Active Directory and Azure Active Directory functions including account provisioning, services health monitoring using Office 365 console and actively responds based on system alerts and notifications. •Manages and supports Office 365 suite configurations including all related email services. •Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend Maintenance. •Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage, execute day to day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes and service level agreements. •Plan Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function by leads in the research and design of disaster recovery best practices. Executes disaster recovery plan for area of responsibility. •Create budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the budget on IT. •Create policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented across the organization’s infrastructure.

Senior Systems AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:•Responsible for managing overall IT Day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end user satisfaction. •Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations. •Implement IT continuous improvement programs & Ensure system performance and SLAs are met •Upgraded and configured system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications. •Applied OS patches, upgrades regularly, improve administrative tools and utilities and run audits of system and software. •Developed process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiency as well as ensure data security.
