• Job Details:❖ Prepare shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process of the project. ❖ Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule. ❖ Preparing quantity survey for different trade ❖ Responsible for preparing submittals, and technical proposals. ❖ Coordinate design drawings for all disciplines ❖ Communicating with sub-contractors. ❖ Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. ❖ Coordinate with the Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. ❖ participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office ❖ Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant ❖ Managing and preparing subcontractors invoices ❖ Preparing quantity surveying for subcontractors, and coordinate with relevant personnel for issuing payment invoices, or review, issue, and sign the invoice ❖ Meet with project’s subcontractors to handle any problems or conflicts for smooth flow of work operations. ❖ Process with change requests for construction works and variation orders process including cost &time analysis

• Job Details:Preparing shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed. - Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule. - Preparing quantity survey for the different type of projects (hospital most probably –restaurant – villa …etc.) - Preparing design and construction documents, and making amendments as required - Managing budgets and deadlines, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. - Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). - Use different types of material in finishing in different projects (Vinyl – HPL- HDF-PVC Sheets – Raised floor – Carpet tiles …
