    When I was studying in my college I joined in my first work in Oriflame company also I have studied HR Finally I succeeded in all these. Now I have 10 years' experience in hr although I have 29 years' ago. another achievement In 2013, My direct manager left his job unexpectedly. During this time he was the team leader on an important new project. When he left, our C.E.O asked me to take it over. While I had never performed his job duties in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my leadership and problem-solving skills, I pushed the project forward, encouraged the rest of the team, and completed his responsibilities as well as mine. We were able to complete this project successfully and on deadline.
