Job Details:
As Recruitment Coordinator:
• Familiar with the whole recruitment cycle from job descriptions to selection process up to selection of candidates
a) Screening CVs for Different Positions
 Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements Websites and Job Portals; contacting recruiters, using job sites.(LinkedIn)
 Determines client requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
 Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
 Screening and filtering candidates CVs
 Headhunting and contacting potential candidates
 Preparing /editing candidates’ CVs for submission
 Uploading in clients I-Recruitment career site if needed
 Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
 Forwards collected CVs to the clients for evaluation and interviews
b) Arranging Interviews
 Contacting shortlisted candidates for telephone or personal interview,
 Checking availability of candidates for telephone or face to face Interview
 Coordinating schedules directly with the client
 Arranging for visa, flight booking, hotel booking and airport pickup of the candidates if the candidate is for face to face interview. Liaises with the approved traveled agencies and hotel for the arrangements.
 Sending the complete details to the candidates such as date and venue, visa, confirmation, etc.
 Follow up the feedback to the client after the interview
• Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager.
• Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
• Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower
• Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions through advertisements, portals, references and headhunting.
• Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records
• Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
• Experienced in sourcing and hiring of engineers, supervisors, managers, technicians, operators and all other related positions for different clients in upstream and downstream Oil & Gas
• Some key clients include ADNOC, ADMA, ADCO, ADGAS, Al Hosn Gas, Fertil, GASCO, TAKREER, BAB Gas, NDC, Qatar Petroleum, Saudi Aramco, etc.
• Close follow up and interaction with client
• Have knowledge and experience with all the E-Recruitment System of all the ADNOC Groups

Other Tasks:

• Daily follow ups with the candidate and the client
• Prepare and submit all the required documents for the Pre-qualification and Registration to the client
• Performs other related duties as may be required by company.
• Ensures that all works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Software responsibilities include User administration and Role administration.
• User administration like creating, modifying, and deleting and password resetting based on request.
• Role administration as creating master roles and derived roles and assigning roles to users.
