• Job Details:Total capacity 500 MTD of Sulfuric acid + 5MW - Plant machineries ( Melters/sulfur filters /Converter with 5 beds/HGF / IAT/FAT/DT /HHE/CHE/Economizers /WHB/Deaerator and package of pumps ( Lewis acid pump/sulfur pump /acid filling pumps /HP centrifugal pumps/Dosing pumps -Package of TTs / PTs /flow transmitters /mass flowmeter and level transmitters - The operation from DCS ( honeywell company ) - Steam turbine 5 MW - Following up the project in each installation steps ,commissioning and start up - Preparing the plant production log sheets - Calibration of all instrumentation with aid of electrical team - Preparing the production plan according to the normal roles - Follow up the production, spare parts and raw materials inventory levels - Make raw materials balance for the plant - Ensuring that the production is cost effective - Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality - Working out the human and material resources needed - Estimating costs and setting the quality standards - Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed - Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs - Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals - Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed - Supervising and motivating a team of workers - QA activities and the auditing team as internal auditor - Gathering and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters - Writing technical and management system reports - Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement - Handling the customer complain system
