• Job Details:- Receive technical specifications of materials, equipment, and operating supplies from project substantive offices and re-characterizing them in detail following common technical standards and code each item to make the supply process easier. - Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. - Prepare RFI and send it to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. - Planning, scheduling, and coordinating MEP project activities to meet deadlines. - Prepare and Review the material log. - Consider all projects’ needs including required items throughout a project and dates of requiring them, classify parallels, conceive a plan for needs supply, submit them for approval and update the needs plan according to sudden changes to project schedule and stages of implementation in coordination with the project planning department. - Preparing technical submittals for each item through different suppliers which meet project specs, and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with standards and customer expectations. - Looking for new suppliers following the approved system of selecting suppliers, making a database to include all necessary information about the selected suppliers who are well known for their quality, good reputation, and compliance with required quality responsibilities, and updating it regularly. - Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured. - Preparing contracts for subcontractors and follow-up with them on all issues related to engineering. - Make monthly and weekly reports about work done, procurement plans, and purchase orders not implemented and delayed explaining the reason for the delay and submitting them to the Procurement Manager. - Study issues, accidents, or delays at the construction sites, and commission engineering consultants to make studies when necessary to ensure adherence to standards and to manage change. - Investigate technical problems on the site and select the most appropriate solution according to the cost and time. - Advise on installing, maintaining, or repairing MEP systems and equipment, such as pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, expansion tanks, AHU,….etc.

Senior Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparation of detailed firefighting engineering package (philosophy, design calculations, general plans, isometrics, hydraulic calculations, specifications and data sheets, bill of quantities). - Project management activities (project planning, supervision, monitoring, budgeting, handover..etc.). - Site follow up and management (Mechanical works follow up, handing over MIRs & IRs to consultant). - Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Issue reports regarding the project for top management. - Follow the installation, modification, testing, and operation of mechanical equipment - Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output. - Responsible for more than eight projects as a supervision (Hospitals, Hotels, Factories, and Banks). - Revision on shop drawing and tendering.

Technical Office & Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Review and evaluate firefighting systems and engineering documents. - Contacting suppliers and get offers for estimating. - Put estimating costs by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation. - Preparation of technical and financial offers for fire protection systems. - Quantify the quantities of the drawings. - Matches products to customer needs and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of products. - Design and shop drawing for different systems in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm. - coordinate between drawings of all disciplines & activities while providing solutions for any problems
