• Job Details:project manager for blue bay asia resort in ain el sokhna • Creating project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing requirements • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications • Interact daily with the client to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status • Assign responsibilities and mentor project team • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager to provide assistance and technical support • Studying of the quotations offered by subcontractors. • Revising all the Contracts, BOQs, Shop drawings. • Supervising and coordinating the site activities (surveying works, earth removing works, infrastructure and construction works). • Prepare and update project schedule. • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. • Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. • Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. • Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. • Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client
