Job Details:Follow up production reports, updates and work orders and submit a report in the end of the shift on production of the five lines. Dealing with the codes machine, whether for the carton code or the soap code. Receiving from the web store all the quantities required for packaging, such as paper and stiffner, to cover work orders and making withdraw requests if all the required quantity is consumed. Solve line problems and the soap production defects with quality members and the technicians. Coordination with mixture engineers to send the required quantity for work orders.

Job Details:Design, planning and implementation of the production line. Quality insurance and assurance in the production line. Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements. Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow. Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems. Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations. Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports. Analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams. Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary.
