• Being awarded from VF- Egypt CEO for being innovated to generate a sustainable yearly cost saving of 50 M EGP. • Over Achieved OFCF VF group targets through creating working capital efficiencies while succeeding in managing foreign currency unavailability & negotiating payment terms. • Joined VIS “ Vodafone Int’l Services” task force team to assess Unitel “Angola’s leading operator” different processes efficiency Led revenue assurance & financial controls processes. • Led the revenue assurance automation process which boosted assurance over service revenue with an amount of 130 M EGP yearly of revenue recovered & loss prevented • Led the data function in the largest SAP system transformation program in VF group , enhancing and standardizing the way we work across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources. in multiple Operating Companies (OpCos). • Designed and implemented the revenue assurance module for the newly operated VF – Egypt venture in Italy “Beladna”.
