• Job Details:Project Execution: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring that construction works adhere to the project plans, specifications, and timelines.  Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.  Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues, ensuring smooth project progress.  Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, including documentation of work completed, resources used, and any challenges encountered.  Problem Solving: Address any unexpected issues or delays that arise during construction, adjusting plans and schedules as needed to keep the project on track.  Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including construction drawings, permits, inspection reports, and change orders.
