• Job Details:Projects: • ND02 & ND08 - 220/66/22 kV Substation located in New Delta, Egypt • Madkour HQ located in New Administrative Capital • Madkour HQ Located in Zizina Compound, New Cairo Tender Projects: o Detailed Time Schedule for 10+ Substations and OHTLs in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Uganda. o Tender Schedule for Power Generation Projects in Africa. o Tender Schedules for Railway Projects in Abu Dhabi, Neom. o Tender Schedules for Water Distribution Networks and Pipelines in Saudi Arabia and Oman. Responsibilities: o Planning & Updating baseline including WBS, Activities list, Resources, Cost for the project using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. o Producing weekly & monthly dashboards and progress reports. o Conducting Weekly Meetings with project stakeholders to raise any existing or potential issue. o Reviewing Subcontractor’s Baseline and Updates.

• Job Details:Projects: • Beau Lake Al-Dakrour General Hospital • Tanta Emergency Hospital • Le Meridien Hotel – Cairo Airport • New Radiation Building Responsibilities: o Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. o Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing reports. o Follow-up contract with suppliers and monitoring request for approval of materials. o Cost estimation, negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
