Responsible for updating sickness analysis per employee monthly. Responsible for updating and review efficiency sheet weekly. Responsible for overtime for production Daily. Handle pre-approved overtime for production (Indirect-B and staff) weekly. Monitor Banking hours weekly. Handle transportation weekly. Responsible for bonus sheet monthly. Monitor scrap daily (actual VS. Budget). Monitor output per hour (actual VS. Budget). Responsible for salary issue. Responsible for updating best employee monthly. Responsible for updating a database for all working models in production. Responsible for following uo production labor daily. Follow up GEMBA actions daily. Responsible for CIP idea cycle approve and saving calculation before submitting from finance. Responsible for updating 5S board for segment leader. Responsible for updating segmental production board. Responsible for updating team board. Handle any data entry tasks related to production. Responsible for any documentation related for production. Responsible for following up with HR for bundle phone of production. Responsible for preparation period for new hiring and following up.
