- Job Details: Responsible for hiring the needed staff for the sales center (Agent, leaders and other functions as needed. Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization. Responsible for handling the pre- Employment Tests "IQ & English Tests" Prepare comments sheets and reports accordingly. Responsible for preparing employees job offer according to the salary structure. Evaluating the performance of the trainees in the test call and on the floor.
