• Job Details:1. Coordinate the Microbiological laboratory activities. 2. Facilitate all the equipment, reagents, media, and instrument necessary for performing the microbiological analysis and tests. 3. Participate in the Process validation regarding the microbiological analysis. 4. Prepare and Follow the performance of the environmental monitoring programs of the Non-sterile area, and laboratory sterility testing. Record, evaluate and trend the environmental monitoring data. 5. Perform the microbiological laboratory investigation in case of out of specification results have occurred with microbiological laboratory analyst. 6. Control the GMP documents regarding the microbiological laboratory. 7. Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business. 8. A sampling of water samples (in water station) and bulk samples. 9. Identification of bacterial strains deducted in samples analysis. 10. Sterilization testing of finished products. 11. Microbial limit test of not sterilized products and R.M. 12. Water analysis test. 13. Sampling and, Monitoring Environmental. 14. Identification of microorganisms. 15. Bio burden test and Preparation of tools. 16. Sterilization assurance (Heat/cool). 17. Documentation and trend analysis. 18. Water station analysis. 19. Deviation and Q.C fails completed by data. 20. Sterility test, Media preparation. 21. Develop SOPs as needed. 22. Preparation, Handling and keeping of microbiology suspension.
