- Job Details:• Handling Kraft Foods (Key Account) bookings and documentation. • Receiving from Kraft Monthly Forecast including numbers of containers /Destination for each Shipment. • Book for the Shipments on Different shipping Lines according to rates/space and vessels schedules and then sending the confirmations to Kraft Foods. • Coordinate with the Trucker for shipments pickup. • Coordinate with our Custom Clearance Department to finish all documents JIT. • Sending all documents to Consignee at destination. • Track all shipments until they arrive POD and update Kraft foods with the same. • Preparing monthly and yearly report with all shipments details.
