- Job Details:Recruitment: • Receive the manpower plan from the direct manager to be implemented within the agreed time “Qs”. • Receive & execute the hiring request from the hiring manager as per the direct manager’s approval. • Maintain the update of the vacancies report. • Contact & enlarge the Recruitment Providers database to set up the agreement terms and get the needed approvals from the direct manager. • Announce the job post using the most relevant resources as per the manual after discussion with the Personnel to get the rotation/promotion list if needed. • Screen the received CVs/applications and prepare the best-fit ones. • Conduct initial phone interviews with the shortlisted candidates giving them two days before the interview • Conduct HR Interviews. • Fill in the interview assessment and report it to the direct manager • Update the Recruitment Records for the Head office and the Stores • Send an apology letter to the rejected candidates by max. 7 working days. • Coordinate the 2nd /technical interviews. • Discuss the interview results with the HR Manager and decided on the selected candidate. • Follow the same steps in the 3rd interview “If needed”. • Get the HR Manager’s approval to offer the shortlisted candidates. •Update the Recruitment Records and maintain the filing of the CVs/Applications for future vacancies as per the manual. • Discuss the job offer with the shortlisted candidates. • Conduct background checks. • Update the Reference Index. • Set the joining date with the candidate. • Assure that the needed tools are well prepared for the new joiner “IT & Stationary tools”. • Conduct HR orientation and assist the new joiner in his/her involvement in the job. Personnel: • Assure all Personnel activities are matching the laws, regulations, and the company’s policies. 1. Payroll: • Responsible for tracking the attendance of the employees. 2. Employee relations: • Act as a liaison between Femex employees & HR department. • Participate in investigations. • Conduct visits to the stores to enhance communication. • Facilitate bank-related issues to the employees. • Conduct exit meetings to analyze the turnover reasons. 3. Medical insurance: • Act as a liaison between Femex employees and the medical insurance providers to facilitate approvals and employee requests. • Responsible for the (Medical approvals, Medical Reimbursement) 4. Social insurance: • Supervise involving & separating employees in social insurance services. • Assure the accuracy of the social insurance sheet. • Prepare form 2 annually. • Assure the insurance process is matching rules & regulations. 5. Labor/employment office: • Follow monthly the receivables of the emergency fund - صندوق اعانة الطوارئ. • Assure actions taken regarding the employees are matching rules & regulations. Organization Development: • Helping in developing the Job Descriptions and Job Specifications • Participate in setting the departments’ objectives to be cascaded to the job holders. • Making meetings with the managers and employees to improve and create a Job Description • Helping in annual performance appraisals for the employee • Create an analysis from the performance appraisals for the whole company
