Proposal ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Ensure fulfillment of all client requirements in technical / commercial proposal submissions efficiently and effectively. - Write and manage the development of proposals in close coordination with the Top Management, identifying potential project and contractual risks. - Liaise with the Top Management and Branches for review of contract terms / conditions, outsourcing, expert input, etc. - Coordinate with all stakeholders, relevant Departments and related Branch Offices to develop method statements, project approaches, scopes, project timelines, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, staff resumes, project references and other required information etc. for proposals. This involves managing teams of different nationalities in diverse sections across the organization inside and outside Egypt. - Participate in business development activities; liaise with Clients, attend meetings, prepare and present documents and/or presentation as required. - Estimate high level project delivery costs and price estimates prior to the development of proposals. Review project costs with the Top Management and challenge cost assumptions to ensure that prices are competitive to increase likelihood of winning the project. - Obtain quotations from subcontractors, if needed. - Coordinate with Branch Offices for the submission of tender requirements, such as bid bonds, performance bonds, etc. - Capture lessons learned upon close-out of the proposal process. - Organize and upload net proposal deliverables and materials into the knowledge management repository.

Design Group LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparation of technical designs, reports, presentations and tender documents for water, wastewater and irrigation systems. - Preparing capital and running cost estimates for proposed projects, and undertaking technical and economical evaluation. - Managing the project team and providing technical support.

Principal EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparation of master plans, technical design reports and tender documents for water and wastewater systems. - Preparing cost estimates for proposed projects.
