• Job Details:● Reporting to Risk Head officer. ● Ensure that the facilities implemented through Credit Admin Department (facilities and collateral) are in accordance with proper credit decisions and in conformity with the credit policy and CBE rules and regulations. Check all departments related output reports and committee decisions to make sure proper implementation and execution of the approved facilities. ● Conduct clearance of discrepancies with the concerned staff area to avoid its occurrence. ● Review and check Circulations approval of the credit facilities. ● Monitor and report the collaterals coverage ratio whenever it falls below the contractual coverage ratio agreed upon with clients and approval by the relative credit committee. ● Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Head of Credit Compliance showing all related issues to the Credit Admin Dept and/or Business Banking ● Monitor insurance policies held as collaterals with the respective area prior to maturity to ensure proper action is taken in coordination with Credit Adm. Department. ● Ensure that all documents are in order and that all facilities are approved by the proper authority. ● Ensure that the approval memo is following the bank credit policy. ● Review the risk approval facility rates are following bank policy. ● Review CBE reporting correctly with the given risk approval. ● Review the facility limit is created correctly and following the risk approval memo. ● Review all the facility interest rate changing on a daily basis. ● Review the system override sheet on a daily basis to ensure that all the override transaction is having the right approval. ● Send a monthly report with all the finding mistakes to the concerning departments. ● Ensure to correcting & covering all the mistakes caused by all the concerning departments by following up with corrective plan inorder to correct them in a proper way following to bank procedures
