Issue the employment contracts Compensation and benefits: PAYROLL:- • Preparing all process related to Payroll process (all data related to salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits). • Ensure wages and tax with holdings comply with regulations. • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases. • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions. • Conducting job evaluation and assessment and determine the right job grade and level. • Tracking Job analysis interviews, update the Job descriptions database annually and whenever needed. • Participating in Designing, implementing, and updating company compensation & benefits policies and procedures. • Developing benefits network with external suppliers. • Conducting formal and informal financial and non-financial benefits surveys. • Forecasting budget for salary increases. • Introducing new company benefits and compensation options. • Preparing total earnings reports for all employees and new hires as per MNHD/Hay Salary Scale and policies. • Participating in payouts calculations. • Developing and update the Organization Chart and proceed for approval with HR Director & Management in collaboration with OD Division. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:- • Designing and implementing onboarding program to support employees in their first period of hiring • Managing the relationship between the organization and the employees • Finding ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. • Managing the Employee Engagement survey for the business, • Promoting an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees. • Planning and execute purposeful and outcome driven events geared to attract, develop, and retain talent. • Creating and coordinate learning and development opportunities and track completion, feedback, and cadence of such programs. • Creating development interventions for those identified as talent • Designing succession and contingency frameworks
